2. Personalized Products

Because each personalized product is individually designed and handcrafted, the final product may have minor differences from the reference photos, digital previews, or product images.

These variations are a natural part of the custom and handmade production process and are not considered manufacturing defects when they do not materially affect the product.

3. Customer-Provided Photos and Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate photos, personalization details, and instructions.

For the best possible result, we recommend providing:

• Clear, high-resolution photos

• Photos showing the desired details clearly

• Appropriate angles where possible

• Accurate information about clothing, hairstyle, accessories, and other customization requests

The quality and clarity of the photos provided may directly affect the appearance and level of detail of the finished product.

4. Design Preview and Approval

For certain products, MiniU Studio may provide a digital design or preview before production.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing important details in the preview before approving the design.

Once a design has been approved, production will begin.

Major changes requested after approval or after production has started may require an additional fee and may not always be possible.

5. Pricing and Payment

All product prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Customers are responsible for paying the full amount shown during checkout.

MiniU Studio reserves the right to change product prices, promotions, discounts, or special offers at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

6. Production Time

Personalized products require time for design, 3D printing, finishing, painting, and quality inspection.

Estimated production times are provided on the relevant product page or during the ordering process.

Actual production times may vary depending on:

• Customization requirements

• Design revisions

• The time required for customer approval

• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

7. Shipping and Delivery

8. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Customers should inspect their order as soon as it is delivered.

If your product arrives damaged or there is a significant issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

9. Returns and Refunds

Because personalized products are made specifically for each customer, customized products generally cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind or no longer want the item.

However, if your product:

• Arrives significantly damaged

• Has a manufacturing defect

• Contains an error caused by MiniU Studio

• Is substantially different from the approved customization

we will review your case and may offer a repair, remake, replacement, partial refund, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

10. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible.

If the design and production process has not started, we will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request.

Once design or production has started, cancellation may no longer be possible because the product is custom-made and production costs may already have been incurred.

All content on the MiniU Studio website, including but not limited to:

• Brand names

• Logos

• Product images

• Text

• Graphics

• Product descriptions

• Videos

• Website designs

is owned by MiniU Studio or used with appropriate permission.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Customer-Provided Content

By submitting photos, images, or other content to MiniU Studio, you represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use and provide such content for the purpose of creating your order.

Customers must not submit content that violates applicable laws or the rights of any third party.

MiniU Studio reserves the right to refuse an order if the submitted content appears to violate intellectual property rights, applicable laws, or our content guidelines.

13. Use of Product Photos

With appropriate customer consent, MiniU Studio may use photos of completed products for marketing, portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes.

If you do not want your customized product to be used for promotional purposes, please let us know before or during the ordering process.

14. Limitation of Liability

MiniU Studio makes reasonable efforts to provide high-quality products and services.
